Why South Florida owners trust me

I'm a fellow owner who built from scratch. I've been where you are.

I grew a business in industrial distribution. I know the sweat and the tears that go into building something and growing it. I'm local, and I'm a fellow Venezuelan-American who gets it.

My engineering and corporate background, an MBA and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, means I work the problem systematically. I put the right systems in place so the business runs better and the exit actually happens.

What I do

Start to close, handled.

01

Confidential valuation

A defensible number built on real add-backs and what buyers in your category actually pay.

02

Exit planning

03

The right buyer

Qualified buyers, vetted quietly. From first conversation to LOI, with SBA 7(a) financing in play when it fits.

04

Sold on your terms

Negotiation and diligence handled, so the deal closes the way you wanted, not the way they wanted.

Growing to sell

Not ready yet? The work you do now is what you get paid for later.

Clean books. Less dependence on you. A business a bank will finance. We start early so that when you sell, nothing is left on the table.

Questions owners ask

Selling your business in Miami: the basics.

How do I sell my business in Miami?

Start with a confidential valuation so you know what your business is worth. Then prepare the financials and operations, and run a confidential sale process with qualified buyers through letter of intent (LOI), due diligence, and closing. I guide Miami and South Florida owners through every step.

What is my business worth?

Most small and mid-sized businesses are valued on adjusted cash flow (SDE or EBITDA, including legitimate add-backs) times a market multiple. Buyers then adjust for risk: how much the business depends on you, customer concentration, clean books, and growth. A confidential valuation gives you a defensible number before you decide anything.

How long does it take to exit my business?

A sale commonly takes 6 to 12 months from preparation to close. Owners who plan their exit 1 to 3 years ahead usually sell for more, because there is time to fix what lowers the price.

Will my employees, customers, or competitors find out?

No. The process is confidential. Buyers are screened and sign a non-disclosure agreement before they receive any identifying details about your business.

Can a buyer use an SBA loan to buy my business?

Yes. Many acquisitions are financed with SBA 7(a) loans. That is why clean, bankable financials matter: they widen your pool of buyers and support a stronger price.

Do you help Spanish-speaking business owners?

Yes. Hablo español. I am a Venezuelan-American business owner in Miami and work with owners in English or Spanish.
